1 How to Transfer Playlist from iTunes to iPhone with iTunes

If you want to use iTunes to transfer playlist to your iPhone, then follow these steps. Keep in mind that the following methods are for the latest iTunes versions. The methods to transfer playlist via older versions of iTunes may differ slightly.

Both of the following methods will erase your previous data after syncing.


Method 1

Step 1: Connect your iPhone to your PC with a USB cable and launch iTunes.

Step 2: Select your device on the iTunes interface and then select Music from the given options. Also be sure to enable the Sync Music option.



Step 3: You will see the available playlist under the playlist section. Tick the checkboxes of the playlist you wish to sync and then click on the Apply button to start syncing them with your iPhone.
Method 2

Step 1: Launch iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone with a compatible USB cable.



Step 2: You will a list of playlist in the left sidebar on iTunes interface. Select the playlist you want to sync with your iPhone and then drag them to your connected iPhone device in the Devices section. Your selected playlist will be synced.

Step 1: Launch iTunes and connect your iPhone to your computer. Then expand the selections from the Devices section on iTunes.

Step 2: Now select the playlist you want to transfer. Then select File>Library>Export Playlist option and give the exported playlist a name and then Save it.



Step 3: Now navigate to Library section and select Songs.

Step 4: Select File>Library>Import Playlist option and choose the file created in the third step. Your iPhone playlist will be successfully transferred to iTunes.
